The Journey Continues, Day Eight, Transplant Day and News Nine

Today is T day, Transplant Day.  It will happen tonight around ten.  The day and time has changed several times but this will be the day.  They are working with the donor to get those stem cells out and to the hospital.  We only know that she is a women and we are pretty sure that she is not in Oklahoma City because of the time line of getting the stem cells.

Wherever she is I would like to thank her.  She is an excellent match at 10 out of 10!!!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!!!!!  Maybe someday we will be able to at least send her a thank-you card.  We are grateful to her and all those that are registered on the National Bone Marrow Registry!!  They are willing to give to those they do not even know.  THANKS!!!!!

Richard got a surprise this morning.  The News Nine crew, Stan, Robin and Jed told him hello and they are thinking about and praying for him.  Richard asked me how'd you do that? I had to tell him well you know I have connections. Facebook!!  LOL!! Thanks guys for making Richards and my day!!
